Every night priced. Every move explained.
A pricing engine sets each night from seasonality, demand and lead time. On top of it, revenue agents fill the last empty nights and watch your booking pace against last year — inside the limits you set, with the big decisions left to you.

Pace for November is 18% behind last year. Lower the base price by 6%?
One price for every night leaves money on the table.
Set by hand, once a season
Prices are updated when somebody remembers — too high in quiet weeks, too low on the weekend of a festival.
Empty nights at the last minute
A night that is still free three days out is worth something today and nothing tomorrow.
No way to know if it is working
Is November slow, or is it priced wrong? Without last year’s pace to compare with, nobody can tell.
An engine, agents and you on top.
The engine prices each night
Your base price is adjusted for seasonality learned from real bookings, demand, lead time, weekends and holidays — and kept between your minimum and maximum.
Agents adjust what is left
Every 15 minutes the last-minute agent discounts nights that are still free by your rules. Every morning the radar compares your pace with last year and proposes base-price moves.
You approve what matters
Proposals land in one inbox to approve or reject. Seven days later each change is scored against what happened, so you see what worked.
Revenue management, without the spreadsheet.
Last-minute agent
Steps you define — how many days out, from what hour, how much off — applied to unsold nights, never below your floor.
Revenue radar
Booking pace for the next 30 and 60 days compared with last year at the same lead time.
Radar autopilot
Off, propose or automatic, per property. Base-price cuts deeper than 15% always wait for a person.
Base price advisor
A reference base for each listing; automatic moves stay within ±10% of it.
Proposals inbox
Every suggested change with the reason, to approve or reject in one place — and a history of what changed.
Revenue AI chat
Ask about a listing’s pricing in plain words; the AI can propose a discount for a window of dates for you to approve.
Automatic where it is safe. Yours where it matters.
A clear order of authority decides who can change a price: you first, then the advisor, then the radar, then the last-minute agent.
- Minimum and maximum price per listing, always respected
- Selling below the minimum needs a person, one night at a time
- Base-price cuts over 15% are never automatic
- Every change recorded with its reason and outcome
- A price you change by hand takes precedence over the agents
Questions? Answered.
Is the pricing done by an AI model?+
The nightly prices come from a pricing engine that uses rules and statistics from real bookings — predictable and explainable. AI is used on top: in the revenue chat, and in agents that read your pace and propose changes.
Can the agents sell below my minimum price?+
No. The minimum is a floor for every automatic change. Going below it is only possible when a person authorises it, for a specific night.
Do I have to approve every change?+
You choose per property: the radar can be off, propose changes for you to approve, or apply them automatically within its guardrails.
Does it work with my channels?+
Yes. Prices and restrictions are pushed to Airbnb, Booking.com and the other connected channels through the channel manager, and to your direct booking website.
