In the owner portal, each owner only sees the properties, reservations and payouts that are theirs.

Stripe for cards
Guest payments and owner payouts run through Stripe. Card numbers are handled by the payment providers, not stored by GuestAgent.
Payouts that do not change
When an owner is paid, the commission and amounts are frozen in a snapshot, so a report never changes afterwards.
Every payout on record
Each owner payout keeps its Stripe transfer and status, and can be re-checked against Stripe at any time.

Limited by tools
Each AI agent can only do what its tools allow — it cannot reach data or actions outside its job.
Recorded decisions
Price changes proposed or applied by the agents are logged with their reason and later scored against the outcome.
