Do I need to give GuestAgent my SIBA credentials?+
Yes — the establishment unit and activation key issued for each property are stored in its settings, and the nightly submission uses them.
What if a guest does not check in online?+
The reservation shows the check-in as missing, so your team can follow up. You can also submit a registration manually.
Which invoicing software is supported?+
Moloni, a certified Portuguese invoicing program. You connect your Moloni account and choose the product and series per property.
Which plans include what?+
SIBA (AIMA) submission, INE statistics, online check-in and tourist tax are on every plan. Moloni invoicing and the self check-in kiosk are on GA Enterprise.
Are these features available outside Portugal?+
